A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johnson and Wales School of Culinary Arts in Charlotte, NC, Alex helped open Domenica in New Orleans and Table 100 in Flowood prior to partnering with Steven O’Neill to open The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen.
