“The Good Life,” developed by NMHS Unlimited Film Productions, is a focus on healthy eating utilizing natural ingredients and wholesome cooking techniques. Volume 1 introduces the budding chef to Emulsified Viniagrettes as demonstrated by Chef Grant Nooe, The Good Life’s consulting chef. “The Good Life” is a four-week, fun-filled program that introduces healthy cooking techniques, product label insight, the importance of local ingredients and much, much more. The program ends with a cook-off focusing on salt/fat/sugar content and flavor.
